We want you to be delighted with your order. As our products are handmade and perishable, please read our refund terms carefully.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging at info@mansfieldcakeboxltd.shop. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
As our products are perishable and made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has entered production.
Standard orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. Bespoke wedding and celebration orders follow the cancellation terms agreed at booking.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier and keep you updated.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
